This weekend, we decided to stay in town and see the local attractions. This was also Eugenia's first weekend here after she arrived on Tuesday night. On friday night, we went back to the Xinjiang restaurant, A Fun Ti, this time with more people. The performances were mostly the same but I do have photos this time around. The food wasn't as good because we ended up ordering a set menu. On saturday, Andrew, Frank, Eug and I went to Tiananmen Square and hung out there and also visited the famous Wangfujing shopping district. On sunday, Andrew and I went to see the most famous of all attractions in Beijing, the Gugong or Palace Museum, known for many years as the Forbidden City.
